Bhilwara Awas Yojana has recently invited online application forms from interested people for the 3801 residential plots available in the same city at different locations. The permanent citizen of Rajasthan can apply for this scheme, and the residential certificate must be approved by the Tehsildar.
As per the new announcement made by the UIT, they are going to conduct the draw system to distribute the vacant 3801 plots available. The locations of the plots are available at Patel Nagar, Panchvati, Mohanlal Sukhadiya Nagar and Tilak Nagar.
People can start applying for these residential plots from 2nd June 2025, and everyone can apply till 30th June 2025 if you are a permanent resident of Rajasthan. but now the date has been extended by the officials till 15th July 2025. In Bhilwara City’s in different locations, there are a total of 3801 vacant plots for residential purposes available. Now the UIT also invites the online application form from citizens of the state. And the form can be available at the cost of Rs 2,000/-, but as per the information we get that the actual cost of the plot is just Rs 30/- to Rs 40/-. Now, on this home page of the portal, you need to find the present running plot scheme, i.e. Bhilwara Awas Yojana Form. Then download the form and fill it and also upload the documents with the form. Dispute has risen in the UIT Bhilwada Aawas Yojana, now ended on mutual terms. UIT Bhilwara agree on 5% reservation in the upcoming housing schemes. If any of the applicant who want to withdraw from the scheme wants to get their refund back before conducting the Draw, then the whole registration amount will be refunded to them. They don’t charge any kind of deduction fee. But if any person wants their registration amount back after the draw, then after the deduction of the 5% you will get your amount.

Husband and wife can apply jointly to get one plot, and their total income from all sources is not more than 6 Lakhs. Both can apply for the MIG A Category.
