In this process Rajiv Swagruha corporation flats located in Bandlaguda, Pocharam, Gajularamaram townships will go on sale and government try to raise Rs 1000 crore. In this option, there are multiple flats are available in multipurpose locations. In the Sahabhavana township, Bandlaguda, there are 159 flats. The flats that are available in these towers were built 15 years ago. Some of the flats have not been sold to date, so the government decided to sell these flats through an open process. The State Government of Telangana is going to conduct an auction for the plots and flats that come under the Rajiv Swagruha scheme and other Housing Board properties. The Cabinet committee approves this option, and a notification is released about this auction on the 20th of June. The Telangana housing board and government decided to sell flats those are built 15 years ago. These flats have not been sold to date. So the government had decided to sell all the unsold flats through an auction process and collect 1000 crore. These flats are available at a very affordable price, so anyone who wants to buy flats at a very reasonable price can participate in this option. Allotment of the flats is going through the draw system. The option is going to be conducted on the 30th of July 2025.
