Armed Forces Housing Application Process
First of all, every person who wants to get the Property under the scheme, they all need to get the membership after giving the membership Charges of Rs.10,000/-.
Then the applicant who are interested to buy the plots or flats from any of private development they need to visit to project and then submit their application to complete the registration.
In the application form it is clearly indication given by the members to by the property and also area details.
You also have to pay the application Fee of Rs.3,00,000/- in Favour of AFWHO payable at New Delhi.
After that you can visit on site with the builder of your choice.
Allotment Process
After accepting the application form from the applicant, the application will be forwarded to the builder and then confirm the booking of the property for which they submit the form. During this time they also confirm about the property type like Plot or Flat, cost of the property and location.
Once they get the receipt from the builder, then the application will need to proceed further.
Then the allotment letter for the property issued to the applicant after getting the booking amount. The booking amount is 10 percent of the total cost of the property.
Then the Agreement of the Sale of the property can be signed within 30 days from the date of issue of receipt.
