DDA (Delhi Development Authority) launched Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana on 9th of September 2025. In this housing scheme, DDA is going to sell 1172 EWS/Janta Flats all over Delhi. This housing scheme is especially for the economically weaker section that are not able to afford houses in Delhi.
DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 1172 flats are located in different locations. In this housing scheme, the flats are located in Narela, Mangalapuri, Dwarka, Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector 14, Rohini, Lok Nayak Puram, and Todapur. Different locations have different numbers of flats with a different price range, already discussed in this article.

The online registration has already started on the 11th of September 2025. The booking of flats will start from the 22nd of September, and the scheme’s close date is the 21st of December 2025. Allotment under DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana is on a first-come Come first-served basis.
Eligibility Criteria For Flats
Any citizen of India is eligible for the scheme.
The age of the applicant is at least 18 years at the time of application submission.
There is no restriction on any property for land in Delhi.
For the EWS category, the applicant’s annual income is not more than Rs 10 lakh.
A PAN number is required for the applicant.
Allotment of these flats will be based on first-come, first-serve.
Registration Fee
A time registration fee of Rs 2,500/- is applicable. If any applicant is already registered on the Aawas portal, then no need to pay the registration fee again.
For EWS/Janta Flats, the booking amount is Rs 50,000/-. There is no restriction with regard to the number of flats that an applicant can book.

DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana Registration
If you are not registered on the DDA website, then you first have to register yourself on the official web portal.
On the official website, you will see a user login section on the right side. On this page, there are two options: Awas and Bhoomi. If you want to register for a flat, then select the hours option.
For new users, there is a section for new user registration here.
When the user clicks on it then a registration page will open on your screen.
In this section, you have to enter your name, middle name, last name, Email ID, mobile number, PAN number, date of birth and Aadhar number.
Then select your gender and finally request for OTP.
You will get OTP on the mobile number that is linked to your Aadhaar number.
Finally, enter your OTP and complete your registration process.
After registration, you can go for the DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana flat booking process. The flat booking will start from the 22nd of September 2025.
