Basant Kunj Yojana was launched by the Lucknow Development Authority. This is an affordable housing scheme that was introduced in 2018. This project is located on the Hardoi bypass road, also known as the Sitapur Hardoi highway. The scheme is also integrated with Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana, in which you can get a subsidy on the interest rate up to 6.5 on a home loan. This is applicable for EWS and LIG applicants through the credit-linked subsidy scheme.
In the scheme, applicants also get the benefit of Tax. You will get an extra 1.5 Lakh deduction on interest under the 80EEA.
Also, get the benefit of a stamp duty in which 2 to 5% reduction for women buyers and first-time buyers.

Few units are available under the quota for SC/ST, OBC, disabled, ex-servicemen and senior citizens.
Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible.
Applicant age should be 18 or above.
If you already have a house or are getting an allotment under the LDA, then you are not eligible.
If you applied under the EWS category, then your annual income will be less than Rs 3 lakh. For LIG, your annual income is between Rs 3 to 6 Lakh.
For the MIG category annual income of the applicant is less than or equal to Rs 18 lakh.

For the initial registration, you have to verify yourself with your mobile number or email ID OTP process. Then create your login credentials.
After that, open the Basant Kunj PMAY scheme, and fill the application form with your personal details like your name, father’s name, Aadhar number, PAN number, income information and bank details.
Also, provide your permanent address and pin code, and then check the declaration.
Upload all the documents like your Aadhar card, PAN card, income proof, bank passbook, caste certificate, and disability certificate, if any.
Then pay the registration fee through online mode.
