Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible.
  • Applicant age should be 18 or above.
  • If you already have a house or are getting an allotment under the LDA, then you are not eligible.
  • If you applied under the EWS category, then your annual income will be less than Rs 3 lakh. For LIG, your annual income is between Rs 3 to 6 Lakh.
  • For the MIG category annual income of the applicant is less than or equal to Rs 18 lakh.

  • For the initial registration, you have to verify yourself with your mobile number or email ID OTP process. Then create your login credentials.
  • After that, open the Basant Kunj PMAY scheme, and fill the application form with your personal details like your name, father’s name, Aadhar number, PAN number, income information and bank details.
  • Also, provide your permanent address and pin code, and then check the declaration.
  • Upload all the documents like your Aadhar card, PAN card, income proof, bank passbook, caste certificate, and disability certificate, if any.
  • Then pay the registration fee through online mode.
  • Note down the reference number and then track your application status by logging in with your credentials.
  • The lottery draw result date will be announced on the official website.
