Atal Puram township, Agra Sector 1 draw result will be released on 29th of September. On the same day, Sector 2 and Sector 3 plot registration will start. There are a total of 600 plots will be allotted in Sector 2 and Sector 3 of Atal Puram township. In Sector 1 township, ADA received 1842 applications for 332 plots. Out of 1842 applications, 70 applications were rejected due to various reasons. Atalpuram Township Scheme
Applicants can register for the ADA Atalpuram Scheme through the online mode. With the application, you have to submit a Rs 1100/- non-refundable fee.
People belonging to reserved categories, such as SC, ST, BC, Ex-servicemen, MPs, MLAs, government employees aged above 50 years, senior citizens aged above 60 years, and those with disabilities, are required to submit 5% of the plot value as security.
General category people have to submit 10% of the total plot value as a security amount.
All the plots will be allotted through the draw system. In case your name does not come in the draw, then the security amount will be refunded.

This township will be developed in three phases, in which the development of the first phase will start soon for 46 acres of land. In this first phase, 637 plots will be distributed, in which separate plots for the economically weak section, low income group (LIG), middle income group (MIG) and high income group (HIG).
