ADA Ajmer Atal Awasiya Yojana Chachiyawas, Plot Size, Apply Before 31st July

Ajmer Development Authority finally launched the Atal Awasiya Yojna Chachiyawas on 2nd July 2025. The last date to submit your application form is the 31st of July. Only online applications are accepted for this housing scheme, and the selection of beneficiaries will be based on the draw system. The scheme of 191 plots will start, and if you are interested in the scheme, then apply before the last date.

The Ajmer Development Authority is going to start the Atal Awasiya Yojana on 191 plots. Under this project, the area of Chachiyawas is going to be developed in the upcoming years. The ADA Ajmer Atal Awasiya Yojana registration will start from this month. Recently, the Ajmer Development Authority released its brochure/ booklet for this residential scheme. This whole project is planned for the 6.27 hectares of land, and 40 bighas of land are used for the 191 plots. For the reserved category, like the middle class and lower class, 61 plots are reserved. For maintaining the green area, two big parks will be constructed.

The main Motive behind the formation of the Ajmer Development Authority is to develop Ajmer city with a plan. All the development authorities are working with the planning department. All the new townships that are going under ADA are well-planned and organised. There is proper facility of roads, better connectivity with highway, water, electricity and sewage facilities are provided. This is also a facility of parks, community places and other basic facilities are provided. The ADA Ajmer Chachiyawas Atal Awasiya Yojana is also developed with these facilities.

Eligibility Criteria For ADA Ajmer Chachiyawas Plot Scheme

• Applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
• The applicant age should completed 18 years or more then that.
• An application having a bank account in India.
• You have to provide your information about your gross income. The plot distribution depends on your gross income.
• If you have already uploaded in that area, getting into any other scheme that you will not be picked for the scheme.
• The applicant should only apply in their category. If you belong to lower-income group (LIG), then you can only apply under LIG. The middle-income groups A and B can apply in their category. If your family income is more than Rs 18 lakh per year, then you can apply in the HIG category.

• Before applying for this residential scheme, you have to read all the terms and conditions and then initiate your registration.
• On the official website, with the help of their mobile number and make a username and password.
• After that, fill the application form with basic details like your name, category, annual income, and reserved category information.
• You have to attach all the important documents with this application form, and submit it online. Pay the registration fee and complete your registration process.

Steps to follow after Draw

If your name comes into the draw, then you have to produce some documents to take advantage of the scheme. These documents are:-

• You have to produce self self-attested PAN card
• Applicant self self-attested Aadhar card
• Permanent residence proof
• If you applied under any reserved category, then you have to produce a reserved category certificate (Eg, SC, ST, OBC Certificate).
• All the pending payments are completed through the online mode only.

How To Withdraw Application Before Draw?

If any applicant wants to withdraw their application/ registration before the draw, then 20% of the registration fee is deducted, and the remaining 80% will be back to the applicant. For withdrawal, applicant has to apply 7 days prior draw. If you have not applied within the given time, then your application is not withdrawn from the draw system.
