The people who are living in the Gujarat State and want to buy a Home in Ahmedabad City can participate in the scheme.
You must belong to the Lower Income Group Category.
The annual income of the families from all sources is up to Rs 6,00,000/-.

Features of Scheme
All these flats were constructed in 2016. At that time total of 4,658 flats were constructed and allotted to the people through the Draw system.
After getting their name in the draw, everyone has to make the payment for the Flats within the stipulated period. If any of the applicants failed to pay the same, then the people who are on the waiting list will get the allotment of the same house.
At the time of the allotment of the flats, the cost of these flats is Rs 10,50,000 and Rs 50,000/- will be charged for maintenance. And now for 553 1BHK Flats, the price is also the same in 2025.
In the year 2016, when the first allotment of these houses was made, the price of the flat was Rs 10,50,000 with maintenance Charges of Rs 50,000/-. Now, in this year, i.e. 2025, the cost of the Flats is also Rs 11,00,000/-.
At the time of submission of the application form, every applicant will have to make a payment of Rs 20,000/-.
After submitting the form, within 3 months of the same, every applicant needs to pay 20% of the total cost of the house from the date of conducting the draw.
Then 80 per cent of the cost of the flats can be paid through 10 equal instalments. And you can pay these 10 per cent instalments within 1 year.
At the time of paying the price of the flats, there are also other charges that you have to pay.

In these flats, you will get 45 Sq. Meters Carpet area. And the built-up area that you get is 52 to 53 square feet
in a 1BHK house, there is one room, a drawing room, kitchen, toilet, balcony available.
Apart from it, you will get the Garden area for kids, Anganwadi, Parking, etc., the other essential things are also available at the doorstep of the people.
