Rajasthan Housing Board announced the new Atru Baran Housing Scheme on 20th of August. All Eligible applicants can apply for this housing scheme before the 20th of September, which is the last date. In the housing scheme, there are a total of 189 units will be distributed through the draw system. In this housing scheme, the Gharunda unit cost is Rs 7.70 Lakh, and the maximum cost of the housing unit is Rs 51.10 Lakh for the high-income group unit. This housing scheme is registered with the RERA number of RAJ/P/2025/3971.
Atru Baran Housing Scheme 2025
Rajasthan Housing Board launched the Atru Housing Scheme, which is located in the Baran district. All interested applicants can register themselves for this housing scheme through the online mode. In this housing scheme, the units will be available for all income groups. The Gharaunda income group has 50 units, the economically weaker section has 89 units, middle income group-A has 31 units and middle income group-B has 06 units, high income group has 13 units. Rules and Regulations
Applicants should be permanent residents of India to apply for this housing scheme.
At the time of registration applicant’s age should be at least 18 years.
If you already have any property / flat in Rajasthan, then you are also eligible for registration.
Applicant should have their PAN number at the time of registration.
An Aadhar card is also mandatory for the registration process.
If any applicant fills the application form in the name of any organisation or company, then it will be rejected.
