Functions of AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority)

- Sardar Patel Ring Road: This is one of the projects in which a 76 km Ring Road is developed. This project aims to decrease the level of traffic in Ahmedabad city from heavy vehicles. AUDA has also approved a project of Rs 2293 Crore in which they are going to build a 6 Lane Road under the hybrid annuity model. For this project, Rs 300 crores have been allotted for the 2025-26 budget. AUDA will place tolls to generate revenue.
- Bopal and Ghuma development: These are the former villages that are now being transferred into urban areas. The urbanisation of these villages is well planned, in which all the basic facilities and amenities are available.
- Ahmedabad Habitat Centre: This is a 22-story office located on the Ashram Road. This is a very good example of the green building concept and serves as the AUDA headquarters.

- If you want to book any plot, then select this option and then a new page will open on your screen.
