Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) launch two housing schemes in Bareilly. These schemes are the Ram Ganganagar housing scheme and the Greater Bareilly housing scheme. This is a new scheme started by BDA in which they provide affordable plots. Under the scheme, you will get affordable plots near Bareilly city.
Bareilly Development Authority is working for the betterment and development of Bareilly city. Their main work is to develop which city and make an organised residential and commercial area. The Ramganga Nagar is going to be implemented in sectors 1, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. The Other Bareilly housing scheme is going to be implemented in Greater Bareilly Sector 3, Kailash Enclave gated society and Sector 4.

BDA Bareilly New Plot Scheme 2025
The registration process for these plots started from the 16th of June 2025, and the last date to apply for this is the 17th of July. The selection of the applicants is based on the basis of a Draw Conducted on the 21st of July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. This draw is organised in the haram Ganganagar Yojana Sector 2 BDA office.

- In this section, you will see Ramganga Nagar Housing Yojana and Greater Bareilly Yojana.
- When you click on it, the notification page will open on your screen.
- Of just below the notification, you will see a login page. If you are new to the website, then you have to create your login ID. You can make your login ID with your name, email ID and set a password.
- After confirmation, you can fill out the application form for the Awas Yojana.

Selection Process
After receiving all the applications for Ramnagar and the greater Bareilly sector 3 Kailash Enclave scheme, a draw will be organised on the 21st of July 2025.
This draw will be held in Ram Ganganagar Yojana Sector 2 Pradhikaran Office at 2:00 p.m. If your name came in the draw, then you have to pay a 25% of that plot. The remaining 75% amount you can pay in the next 2 years in every 3 months in 8 instalments. Instalments are made with 10% added interest. In case any person does not pay instalments on time or defaults, then they will get a penalty of 2% extra. It means he had to pay 12% annual interest on the instalment.
