Scheme is introduced with the name of Chhattisgarh Affordable Housing Scheme 2025 which is also known as Kifayati Awas Yojana.
Under this scheme, government allow the Farmer to construct the house on 2 to 10 Acres of Agriculture Land. Now with the new rule, the government now gives the permission to construct the multiple floor house over the 2 to 10 acres agriculture land.

Motive behind this CG Affordable Housing scheme or Kifayati Awas Yojana is to provide the affordable housing facilities to the people who are belongs to the low income group. No matter these category people living in the Urban area or rural area. Both area are going to covered. Because having own house is one the most essential part of our life. Rules for Farmers and Builders
To run this CG Affordable housing scheme in smooth way the land must be agriculture and having the total area from 2 Acres to 10 Acres.
Among the total area there must be minimum 1.5 Acres land available for the Development Cell.
Under the scheme there must be 9 Meter Road available out side and 6 meters road available in inner of the land and 5 percent area must be open.
If the permission gives for the Agriculture land, then there must be 18 meters road already available in 1 Kilometre area.
The maximum height is 9 meters in which they can built the ground and two floor over it.
Eligible Beneficiaries
Firstly under this scheme the benefits will be given to the people who are low income group people. So you need to qualify the income group which is selected for the beneficiaries.
