In this housing scheme, they include 39 high-income group flats located in Vasant Kunj, Pocket 9B in Jasola, Sector 19B in Dwarka, there are 48 middle-income group units in Jahangirpuri, Dwarka, Pitampura and Nand Nagari. There is 22 low-income group flats are available in Rohini. There are also 16 car garages available in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar. These garages are located in the premium localities. DDA is also planning for 66 additional EHS category flats located in pocket 9 of Nasirpur, Dwarka. 2 SFS category-2 flats are going to be offered in Sector 18, Rohini and Shalimar Bagh.
Official pricing will be released when the Delhi premium housing scheme 2025 notification is released. But the prices will be very different according to the category. High income group (HIG) flat reserve price will be between Rs 1.64 Crore To Rs 2.54 Crore. For a middle-income group (MIG) flat, the cost will be between Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore. There is also availability of LIG flats, the range will be Rs 39 Lakh to Rs 54 Lakh. According to the officials, when the policy of this scheme is launched then they will pause the Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana, in which day offer 7500 residential units in areas like Narela, Loknayakpuram and Sirsapur.
