In the year 2021, the rate of houses in this area was between Rs 4400 to 5400 per square foot. The real estate market has seen a boom in the last 3 to 4 years, and now in 2025, the circle rate will be Rs 8100 to 9000 per square foot. It means that in the last four years, the appreciation of this land is 73%.
The New GDA Ghaziabad Indirapuram Extension Township will be developed on 230 acres of land. Right now, GDA has only 96 acres of land and 29 acres of land are already sold out. The remaining 103 acres of land will be acquired soon by the authority. In June, GDA released 24 acres of land from encroachment, having a value of Rs 800 crore. This land has also become a part of this new township.
