About Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA)

HPDA was established in the year 1996-97. It is an independent authority that was established by the Uttar Pradesh administration. After seeing the geographical, historical, and commercial importance of this area, the Uttar Pradesh Government is trying to develop it like the NCR. For the implementation of this process government will spend 145.47 crores of rupees. Half of the amount, that is 72 Crore 7 Lakh 35 Thousand be provided by Uttar Pradesh government. The remaining Rs 70 crore will be provided under the Mukhyamantri Urban expansion scheme.
