Firstly, this scheme was launched on 25th February 2025 to 25th March 2025 for the sale of these residential Plots. But some of the plots are still vacant and are now available for sale. This is also the last opportunity for all the buyers who did not get the plots on the previous launch date. But now the scheme is once open and you can complete the registration till the Last Date, i.e. 31st October 2025.
Distribution of Plots
The plots will be distributed to the applicants through the Draw System. When the registration closed, the authority released the draw date, on which they allotted the plots to the applicants. All applicants who don’t get the plots during the draw will get the registration fee refunded without any interest in their account within four months from the date of the draw. But by chance it will be late, then you can contact the officials. If the refund is late for 6 months, then simple interest on the registration amount is given to the candidates.

Then here first-time users will have to Register First by putting their basic details, email ID, Password, Name, Address, Mobile Number and register.
