Karnataka Housing Board recently made an announcement about its new housing project in Bengaluru. The project is about the 3BHK and Duplex Housing. At the start of this project, are total of 1,000 plots were sanctioned to start the project, and of these, 100 duplexes are going to be built. Under this project of the KHB there are 3BHK flats and duplex houses are going to be constructed. The location of these homes and flats is in Suryanagar, Kengreri and Yelahanka. The Karnataka Housing Board recently launched its new series in which 100 units of homes are available. This is a 3BHK and a Duplex Housing scheme. the homes and flats available under this scheme are distributed to the eligible beneficiaries by conducting a lucky draw. The home units are available at different locations in Bangalore. And whose name is selected as the winner through the draw will get the homes, but the applicants who will not get their name on the winner list will get the full payment refunded to them. By conducting the draw system, the authority wants to ensure transparency in distributing the units only to the winners.

Now, here you have to find the Scheme Name and then download the complete information in PDF format.
After it, you can click on the link of Submit Online application Form.
You have to fill out the application form and then make the payment. Submit it.

Payment Refund
We already told you that while filling out the application form for this housing scheme, you need to make the payment to participate in the draw as and when conducted by the authority. After conducting the draw, the winners will get the home unit for which they applied. On the other part, the applicant who are failed to get the homes during the draw will get their payment refund back to them. So don’t worry about your money. You will get the same back to you in your account.
