In this scheme, they are going to release a notification for the selected apartments. These apartments are located in Kanpur Road, Priyadarshini Yojana, Sharda Nagar Yojana and Jankipuram Yojana is included. The flat prices start from Rs 22 lakh to Rs 1 crore.

LDA Lucknow New Housing Scheme 2025
Lucknow Development Authority, also popularly from the name as LDA, is regularly working in Lucknow and its nearby areas for development. Anantnagar Yojana: This is also developed by the Lucknow Development Authority to promote planned urban growth. LDA Plaining For New Mega Township In 5000 Acers
Lucknow development area is not planned for the Mega township along with the Expressway. This mega Township is basically a residential scheme in which LDA is going to provide all the basic facilities. There are new residential colonies that will be developed along with the Agra Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway way as well as on the Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway. This whole project is approximately 5000 acres, along with the Expressway. This project is a mixture of affordability and a Modern Housing facility.
The new area near the Agra Expressway is a very good example of urbanisation. Now, Lucknow Development Authority is planning to acquire 5610 acres of land from 12 villages in the Kakori block. This project will be developed into two phases. In the first phase, 18.93 acres of land will be developed, and 3,716.14 acres of land in phase 2 will be developed. This area has direct connectivity with the Expressway, which joins cities like Agra, Kanpur, Mainpuri and Firozabad.
