Haryana Chief Minister started the Housing scheme with the name of Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana. Under this, the residential plots are given to the homeless people and tenants in the urban areas of the state. The plots will be distributed after booking online. The online booking can be made through the Housing For All portal. Every interested person can book the plots after completing the registration process till 15th July 2025. Every person who books successfully before the last date will get the provisional allotment letter from the government. To provide the housing facilities to the homeless people and tenant who are living in the urban area of the state this Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme Haryana announced. In the 2nd phase of this scheme total 2927 eligible beneficiaries are going to received the residential plots. To offer this residential plots to all the people, booking process is already started on the concerned portal i.e. Housing For All.
All those people who have already completed their registration in September 2023, the list of the eligible applicants has already been sent to the Nagar Nigam. So after that, all these applicants will get the confirmation messages on their Registered mobile number. And the rest of the people can complete online booking for the plots till the last date, i.e. 15th July 2025. If you want to make an offline Booking, you need to visit Kanheya Sahib Chownk Nagar Nigam Office, Room Number 15 and contact them.
So many poor families don’t have their own houses and live in rented houses. So with the help of this scheme, the government wants to provide them with pucca housing facilities at a very low cost than the market value. All families who don’t own and are living on rented property and have a minimum annual income of Rs 1.80 Lakhs will be selected as beneficiaries. The other motive to launch this scheme is to increase the living standard of the poor families in society.
The Haryana Government initiated this scheme to provide pucca houses to those in need and the economically disadvantaged. Under this scheme, after the selection of the beneficiaries total of 15,250 eligible beneficiaries are going to get 30 Sq. Meters Plots for just Rs 1 Lakh. On the other hand, you don’t have to pay such an amount at one time, but you can book this plot just by paying the booking amount of Rs 10,000/0 and then the rest of the amount can be paid by the beneficiaries in three years. These plots are available in the 16 cities of Haryana. The allotment of the plots can only be given after booking the plots online.

What is the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme, Haryana?
Now, to obtain the benefits from any scheme, you all need to know about it. This scheme was started by the Chief Minister of the State, Mr. Manohar Lal, at Yamuna Nagar in 2023. The announcement of this scheme can be made through video conferencing. Under this scheme, the allotment of the plots will be done to the families of the state. All families who don’t have their own house or have an annual income of less than Rs 1.80 Lakhs will avail of the benefits.
Provisional Allotment Letter
All applicant who complete their booking process and also selected as beneficiaries, then they will get the provisional allotment by the Government. Then, after all, the Nagar Nigam will allot them the residential Plots. All the BPL families of the Haryana State who don’t have their own houses will get plots to construct a pucca house over the same or will also get flats by the government with this scheme.
Online Booking Process For Plots
In the first phase total 3139 people are selected as beneficiaries and they complete their plot booking on Housing for All portal till 15th February 2024. In June 2024 they all get the allotment letter after conducting the draw. In which they get the 26 Gaj to 30 Sq. Meters plots at Sector 22,23 and 24.
In 2nd phase The registration will be completed by the rest of the people till September 2023 and total 2927 people are selected as beneficiaries. All the eligible applicant will get the selection massages in their registered Mobile number.
Now, to get the plots, if you want to become a part of this scheme, then you have to complete the plot booking by 15th July 2025. Because after it, the allotment letter will be given to you all. The selection of the distribution of the plots can be done through the Draw System. If you are not able to book online plots, then you can visit the office and book offline.
Flat And Plots Rate
Near these flats and plots, all the modern facilities will be provided to you. So the cost of the one Marla Plot is Rs.50000 and if they complete the Flats in 450 Sq. Foot, then the cost of the flat must be Rs. 6 to 8 Lakhs and the Cost of the Plots is Rs.1,00,000/-.
