Now Rajasthan Housing Board is planning to launch New Housing schemes in Different cities, in which 467 flats will be constructed. Forms are invited for these flats after the official announcement. The Rajasthan Housing Board is going to launch these flats from the starting range of Rs 7.60 Lakh.
According to the officials, this New Housing scheme has come in the Ataru in district Baran, Paneri Ki Madri in Udaipur, Nainwa in Bundi District and Udaipur and Badi Road in Dhaulpur. From this, RHB is also going to launch New Housing schemes in September or on the occasion of Deepavali. Under this scheme government will specially give benefits to the economically weaker section (EWS), low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG) and freedom fighters. They will get preference in the multi-story housing scheme.
Rajasthan Housing Board New Scheme 2025
In this new Scheme, RBH have planned to develop these areas and construct houses and flats for low-income groups and middle-income groups. Most of the families under these categories do not having that much of amount to buy land and do construction. With this housing scheme, they will make homes affordable for every category. In the Rajasthan Housing Board New Scheme 2025, the 4 Major areas of Rajasthan will be developed soon.
All these flats are constructed in Different cities in different phases. In Nainwa Bundi, the construction of the houses will be in 2 phases. The cost of these flats will be between Rs 7.80 To Rs 51.10 lakhs. Ataru in Bara District, MIG-A flats cost Rs 31.40 Lakh, LIG Flats Rs 21.60 Lakh and Gharaunda 50 Flats in the range of Rs 7.60 Lakh.
In the Dhaulpur area, 48 EWS flats will be constructed, having an estimated cost of 12.45 lakh. In this LIG 16 Flats will be constructed, having a cost of Rs 19.20 Lakh. In the Panerio Ki Madri in Udaipur, EWS 80 flats will be constructed cost starting from Rs 12.96 Lakh, and there are 62 LIG flats priced starting from Rs 17.20 Lakh.
The Rajasthan Housing Board is going to launch this housing scheme on the 20th of August. According to News 18 board has planned to launch the scheme this month, and the applications are accepted till the 19th of September. It is a one-month period in which applicants can apply for these housing schemes. Before this project board had already allotted flats in Jaipur in the range of 8 to 92 Lakh.
