Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Pradhikaran (UPAVP) launched a new Township scheme in the Hindu holy city of Ayodhya. This is a new housing project in which UPAVP is developing a township in Ayodhya. In this project government is going to develop 312 plots. Anyone who is interested in these plots can participate in this housing scheme through the registration process. The registration of these plots will start from the 17th of July 2025, and the last date is the 17th of August.
This project was started in Ayodhya to develop Ayodhya City and its nearby locations. This is a well-planned township in which you will get good infrastructure, better road connectivity, electricity, water and Sewerage. Reserved categories like Scheduled cast and Scheduled Tribes, Indian armed forces, and freedom fighters will get reservations in this scheme. There is also a special section for shopping complexes and commercial activities. There is a separate residential section in which no commercial activity is permitted.

Terms and Conditions for Registration
- The registration of the plot is only done in a single person’s name. Only husband and wife are allowed to do joint registration.
- If anyone wants to withdraw their application before the draw, then with their consent, the application fee will be refunded without any reduction or interest.
- If anyone want to withdraw within the three months then 20% will be deducted from the registration Fee. After 3 months of allotment if anyone want to withdraw then 50% of the registration fee will be deducted. Complete registration fee deduction is explained in the official notification.
- Allotment letter will be provided after the authority receives the booking amount.

- For online registration, applicants have to visit the UPAVP official website and then visit the online registration for plots/houses and the Flat section.
- All schemes that are running this time will be open on your screen.
- From this, you have to select Green Field Township, Ayodhya, and then click on the apply online button.
- The application form will be open on your screen, which you have to fill in basic information like your name, email ID, complete address, date of birth, etc.
- After filling in all the details, the applicant has to click on the submit button and confirm their submission.
- When you click on the submit button, you will receive a username and password with payment information.
- You can use these credentials to complete your registration process and get an e-receipt.
