The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Authority launched this type of housing scheme to provide affordable property to everyone. Distribution of Flats
The distribution of the 226 Flats under this scheme is given through the Draw system. The lucky draw date will be announced by the authority on their official website, i.e. upavp.in before 1 week ago. And the allotment list of the flats can be prepared by the official separately the category-wise. The list of the winners will be uploaded on the official website after 10 days of conducting the Draw. You can check the list again from the same official website.
Discount Over Payment of Flats
One-Time Payment: After getting the allotment letter from the authority after the Draw date, if you make the payment of the whole amount of the cost of the Flats within 60 days, then every beneficiary will get 5% discount on the price of the Flats.
Through Instalment: You can also choose the instalment way to make the payment of the flat price. But you will get no discount.
Eligibility Criteria
To complete the registration for these flats, you need to follow the eligibility conditions.
Applicant must be Indian Citizen.
Having the age 18 years or above to submit their registration form.
Applicant and his/her family members can submit only one application form to get the Flat/plots.
Applicant and his family don’t have any of the property in their Name.
There is no any income criteria available for the scheme.
Registration Rules
You can only apply with single Name, You can not submit your application in join name.
If any of the person who complete the registration and don’t wants to participate in the scheme further before conducting the draw, then you need to give the same reason in writing and you will get you’re your whole amount of registration amount back to you.
Every beneficiary who is selected for the scheme needs to submit their whole booking amount to get the allotment letter.
Before submitting your application form, you need to check that all the information is correct in the form.
Refund Registration Amount
All that applicants who are fail to get their Name in the winner list will get their whole amount of Registration refunded to them within one month after conducting the draw. The amount can be transferred in their bank account through Online way.

After knowing every details, you need to click on the Apply Online.
Now, here the applicants have to add the information which is very basic, like their Name, Father/Husband’s Name, Address, Mobile number, etc.
