UP Housing and Development Board (UPAVP) Recently invites the interested participants to complete the online Registration for the its new Housing scheme. In which they offer 30 Residential Plots to the applicants. The scheme is introduced with the name of UPAVP Meerut Madhavpuram Yojana No.10 Sector 4 Housing scheme 2025. The main motive to Launch this scheme in the Uttar Pradesh, authority wants to provide the affordable property and also help to provide the subsidies and loan from the loan. Authority also provide the plots or housing unit according to the choice of the Registered persons and they also provide the proper road, electricity services, water supply and other basic need near the property they distribute to the registered people. Allotment Process of Residential Plots
- Property under the scheme allotted through Draw system.
- The draw date will be conducted after verifying the documents and eligibility criteria of the registered persons.
- The last decision can be taken by the board itself to allotted the plots.
- Plots will be allotted to the beneficiaries according to their reservation category.
- The date of the draw will be announce one week before conducting the same on the official website i.e. upavp.in.
- After completing the registration, the list of the beneficiaries as per their category will be prepared separately.
Discount Over Payment of Plots
If any of the person who after getting the allotment letter pay the whole amount of plot within 60 days, they will get the 5 percent discount over the total cost of the plots.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any permanent Indian citizen participate in the scheme.
- At the time of submission of registration form having age of 18 years.
- From every family only one member will get the allotment letter with this scheme.
- From each of the family only one family member can complete the registration process.
- You don’t have any kind property in your Name or any of the other family members.
- There is no any income criteria given by the authority for the plots.

Refund of Registration Fee
- All the registered candidates who failed to get the property through the draw system, will get their registration fee or refund back to their given account number within one month. The money transferred in their bank account through NEFT or through RTGS.
- Or after getting the allotment letter if any of the person who belongs to the general category will gives their registration fee after the reduction of 50 percent and reserved category person will get 100 percent registration fee.

- All the interested person who wants to apply for the scheme, will need to open the official website i.e. upavp.in and complete the registration.
- You can also check the Madhavpuram Sector 4 Housing Scheme Notification before registration.
- On the home Page of the website you will get the Registration Link for House/plots/flats etc.
- Here on the website you will get the complete details about the schemes which are active.
- You need choose the scheme for which you wants to apply and then click on the apply online.
- After it, the registration form open in front of you. Enter all the information and registered like your Name, Parent Name, Complete Date of birth, email id, address details etc.
- Submit all the information you enter and then confirm.
- Here the User id and password will be generated for the applicant for further use.
- You also have to upload your signature, photograph. If you are joint applicant, then have to upload the joint photograph of the both of the applicant.
How to Make Payment of Registration Fee?
- When you open the link to apply for the scheme, then after completing the registration you need to make the payment.
- The payment can be done instantly through Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net Banking.
- Or other wise if you wants to Make the payment through the E Challan, then you have to generate the E Challan and take the printout of the same.
- Then pay the Registration through the nearest Bank Branch.
