This upcoming project is a part of the YEIDA Affordable Housing Scheme for EWS. The plot price is 7.5 lakh rupees for 30 square metres. You can pay this amount in instalments up to 7 years. In this project, 29% plots are reserved specially for the person who works in the project located in the YEIDA area. The 5% plots are reserved for YEIDA employees, and 5% for retired defence personnel.
